After many promises to contact me, I'm still waiting! The team leaders are not educated enough to deal with the issues, so they pass the buck to the accounts dept. The account dept could not even be bothered to contact me. How pathetic! Happy to hold me to the contract, but incapable of dealing with my complaint! Pathetic.
I will keep on posting untill this issue is resolved!
