Data services not working properly

I've noticed that when i use vodacom's data network in certain areas it doesn't work properly. Constantly toggles between 3g and hspa. I find this particularly strange since both 3g and hspa appears to constantly have full signal so it's not as if it's trying to do a quality or level handover. When using Vodacom, the device struggles to open up pages. Sometimes i have to struggle for 10 to 20 times just to open up a page as common as facebook or news24. Applications that require connectivity just give an error saying they cannot connect. First i thought it was a faulty device, but i have now tested it with 4 different devices and the same thing happens. I also have an mtn contract with my tablet. I've swapped the sims around and tested... Mtn works perfectly! Seldom toggles and almost never has issues opening a site. I have to highlight that Im not talking about one or two instances here... I'm saying that the exception to the norm is when vodacom's data services actually work properly (in the areas that i frequent which is mainly newlands and also parts of the northern suburbs)
