We have 6 different Vodacom contracts and when we experienced lack of signal for all phones and Internet connections Vodacom sent out a technician to see what the problem was. He tested the signal on one computer, saw data flow or signal and that was that. What about the rest of the time?

Since then come rain or sunshine we have constant connectivity issues. We can connect for maybe 20 minutes on the Internet before we lose all signal. We cannot call out because there is no signal. We have Blackberry's which are now totally useless pieces of plastic rubbish which always seem to have some issues. My iPad has now become totally useless to me. All SIX products are now just ornaments and not of use to us.

Every person in this town who has MTN has NO issues at all with either Internet or phone signals.

I would like Vodacom to send out a person who will actually know what the problem is and if one more "tech" says it's my computer I will kindly ask him "what about the SIX Vodacom products that DO NOT work? ".

Vodacom, get your act together and start supplying the services you are being paid for!!! By the way, "Date and Time of incident"... all the time.
