SIM SWOP NOT WORKING

I did a corporate sim swop last week at the Vodacom shop Irene. The sim swop was done. Very easy. Then when the CEO inserted his data card into his Mac the data card is not working. It gives an error. I went back to the shop to confirm if this swop was in fact done, they confirmed that the swop was done but that Mac does not support the new dongle. And that we need to go to a Vodacom care store and take the laptop in for them to download extra software. Why do other brand new dongles tested on this laptop work but the one on which the sim swop was done does not work. I phoned the shop again to explain to them that other dongles work on the laptop. They just shrug their shoulders and say take it to a vodacare shop and let them load the software for you. WHY WHY WHY cant you just do a sim swop and the thing works. Why do we need to go to the vodacom shops a hundred times before the data card works... Why does it need to be such a struggle. Vodacom is busy falling and other networks like Cell C are looking at a very bright future. At least they dont send people away to get stuff done! CAN VODACOM PLEASE GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER AND GET A SIMPLE SIM SWOP TO WORK. MAC OR NOT!!!
