I had a query about my bill. My subscription increased from R168 for the past 4 months to R398 all of a sudden for April and I wanted to know why this was.

The lady could not explain this to me and kept repeating the same story without assisting me at all. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me.

This is POOR service Cell C.

WHY DID MY SUBSCRIPTION INCREASE!?

And you cannot simply hang up on someone if you are too incompetent/intellectually challenged to help solve the problem.
