PERSISTENT NETWORK PROBLEMS

I am staying in kempton park west, I was using a vodacom sim card 5 years ago and I now want to revert back to using Vodacom for voice and internet connectivity for work purposes. My friends and family who visit always complain that there is no network connectivity in my area. This has been an ongoing issue and resolution is needed for this.
