Payment for damaged goods with no compensation

I paid for my ACER computer on contract through Vodacom Rustenburg since January 2013. I gave my laptop back within 3 days as it was broken. They sent it away, but it came back broken again. Again I waited and it has been 3 months. I lost my airtime on my contract. I SUFFERED A LOT as I use it for studies and school (HOD position). I want to be compensated for the agony and financial loss they put me through as this was a huge inconvenience, caused me lot of effort in compensating others to borrow their computers and have NEVER EVER ENCOUNTERED problems with Vodacom or my previous laptop (ACER) which I paid every month for 3 years. I am a very, very dissatisfied customer and after one of their reps told me to fetch my new laptop from Vodacom, I arrived home again without it!! I am still waiting and seriously UPSET!!! I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE VODACOM STORE MANAGER AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT MY DISPOSITION AND THEY JUST APOLOGISED EVERY TIME AND SAID THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE DEAL WITH ACER!! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY LAPTOP, and remember that customer service is at an all time low, and customer service is the key to competitive success.
