MTN gave me a faulty phone

I have only had my BB Z10 since roughly about 28 Feb 2013, recently i recieved notifications on my bb to update my OS (which is 130mbx2=260mbs) i updated my phone yesterday 19th Apr 2013 . i switched my phone on and my setting did not want to open up when i tapped on the screen, i phoned in to customer car i was told to remove my battery and try again, and if that does not work i will need to have my software updated . removing of my battery did not work and i proceded to the MTN store in the VnA WATERFRONT. i gentleman tried numerous times to update my software which did not work. my NEW phone did not even go on at this point and the Blackberry 'TECHNICIAN' told me that this is not a software problem and that there must be components loose within the phone. now with that being said, i told him that my phone has never hit ANY SURFACE hard, never fallen or handled by any else besides me!!! with that being said, i was given a faulty phone that obviously was not at 100% and now i must run around waisting my time and petrol to sort this out and i have no phone to use.
