16 days later and I'm still waiting for a reply

On the 28 or march I called in to complain about poor signal. On the 5th of march a signal test was done in my area and to my amazement there not even 2G signal where I stay. I had complained I'm loosing clients as hubby and I run a company from home.
I was told 14 days time they would tell me hay is done. On the 18th I called back, I emailed and facebook but every one keeps telling me they will get back to me soon.
If no one can help both my husband and I then what? I have to phone from a mtn phone to vodacom customer care and yet no one has a issue that I don't have signal.
