A Service Provider that provides ZERO service!

It's upgrade time! Yeah! Did research on the Altech Autopage Website: picked the Sony Experia Go..off to the nearest branch. When walking into the small branch, I was quite surprised with the friendly staff: They assured me the phone had no issues / comebacks & said they'll call me once it arrived, but that's where the fun ended! I waited & waited. 2 weeks later I PHONED THEM: "expect delivery next week" is apparently all their system said. So I waited. Next week came & no calls. I PHONED THEM again, and again "expect delivery next week". This went on for SIX weeks. Went back to the branch to find the regional manager there for a visit... hmmm, now I'll get some service... Bhahaha! After checking the system the only comeback she could give me was "expect delivery next week" AND she had the nerve to say (and I quote): "it is you're fault, sir, for picking such a difficult phone to get" (! I picked it from YOUR selection of what's available, and it's MY fault?). Waited again, phoned THEM again: nothing. Back to their Website: picked new phone: Sony Experia J: new special=easier to get! Yeah right! IT'S BEEN 11 WEEKS NOW & NO PHONE!! Service Provider? NO: zero phone & zero service!
