Didnt get what I asked for and billing makes no se

I requested the 299 home package and got the 399 package then I asked them to change it and I got 299 package but was paying for 399 package and none of their billing makes sense!! IT doesnt add up to the contract amount.
I quote another clients me issue Neotel is charging for a service they don't supplyNeotel cannot get to the "bottom" of a problem and sort it out once and for all"
Also 1st bill I got was around 870 and when I qeuried it was so many fees added that was not discussed with me and I got a bill for january and feb when I only became a client in march
So what is going on? I pay soo much more than I should and they suddenly added vat!!! Which was quoted incl!!

I want this contract cancelled asap! I get get 20gb data for 299 at 8ta and not the measliy 3gb you offer me!! What a joke!

AND please dont make me hang like the rest of the clients who complained about cancellation and was charged for a full month!!

Ridiculous! Come and get you devices
