My neotel contract expired on the 01/02/2012, I called Neotel in April 2012 and
was informed that our contract had expired but I don't need to canceal as it will be billed
month to month and I will only be charged for calls made, sms sent and data used and
if I cancealed my contract I would loose my number and be given a new pre-paid number
I then opted for the option of keeping the contract as I many of our clients know the number.
I was soo shocked when I checked my Neotel statement yestarday to realise that I was being charged
a fee of R227, 19 this is excluding my calls, sms's & data. I called Neotel and spoke to Mawunga who said an error was made & he will escalate my query to the billing department for & I will be refunded & they will call me at 09:00 am today with Ref: FCR67650909. I never recieved a call, I called them again & spoke to Shepard who was very rude & told me my query wasn't escalated. Can Neotel please sort this matter out ASAP, this is very dissapointing as they have been ripping me off for over 13months coz they have continued charging me for a contract that has expired. Extremly dissapointed client.
