New contract taken out but no Data loaded

I renewed my contract with Autopage and requested Happiness that she must load 1 gig of data on the package. She confirmed that the package had 1 Gig of data on the package on email. I have this in writing. Autopage have sent me my bill this month of R2217.00 in which they charged me seperately for my data. I wnet to Eastgate Autopage and they confirmed there is no data loaded onto my package. I queried this with happiness and asked her to correct my statement and reverse fees 48 hours ago but there has been no response. Its just a no care attitude. I sold you the package now i dont really care anymore, thats her attitude. I called through today to speak to a manager and spoke to Truman and he went to go look for a manager and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes. I sent the email to her manager and cc'ed her in on the mail today and i still have no response. I have just received an sms to say if i dont pay the full amount they will cut my services. I am desperately trying to get a response but seems like Autopage has a no care attitude towards its loyal clients. I use my phone for business and cannot afford for it 2 be cut off. I am dearly frustrated and would like to resolve this
