From day one I have had problems with Neotel's service. First they put me on the wrong package and told me that I have to stay on the wrong package for 30 days before they could correct the problem. Then, after I complained to numerous people about this and posted a complaint on this site someone called me and "fixed" the problem. The problem is that I have two packages with Neotel, a voice line and a data line. The voice line was corrected but not the data line. This month I get my invoice, and I have yet again been charged for my device, which I have been charged for on the first invoice and paid!!! I tried to call the call centre but of course their systems are down and they are unable to assist me. I've left my name and account details but as yet, no one has contacted me. I am cancelling my data package and they can take their usb Wi-Fi dongle back and I want a credit for it. If this persists, I shall cancel my voice package as well.
