8ta - poor network coverage and intermittant lines

After a complaint 8ta sent a technician out to my house to test the network. the technician tested and confirmed my complaint and it was elevated to 'Network'. The responce from 8ta was "The tower that you are connected to needs to be upgraded. The upgrades normally take 6 to 12 months." but NO further communication

My line drops randomly and I am at the point of having Telkom ADSL installed but I have no intention of having wasted money on the 8ta line that does not work.

I believe I an reasonable in requesting a refund on the outstanding balance on the line I currently have and I would like the contract cancelled. I am more than willing to go back to 8ta once the service is a consistent USABLE service, but the current state of the unreliable network service has rendered the service unusable for my requirements.
