No relocated Telkom line after two months

Follows previous complaint on 5 August.
First order from 2nd July to move my line to new house was cancelled by Telkom. I don't know why.
Then they resubmitted an order on the 12Aug, nearly a month after being in the new house.

I only received a call from a technician on wed 11 Sep and he came to do the installation later that morning. I informed him about the previous technician who said the areas connections were full, and I asked if they had upgraded the infrastructure. He phoned Telkom, and they said no Technician had previously been there. WHAT?

I was informed by my wife that this guy said the line to our house was damaged and needed to be repaired. He said he would come on Friday 13th or the Sat. It is now 17th and I have heard nothing from them. (why must we make a whole day appointment when they can't spend more time and fix the problem)

What infuriated me, was on 28 Aug I went to take out a Telkom Mobile month to month 3G Contract (my bad luck the only one with good signal at house). Which was then "referred" as I had 2 months outstanding Telkom account. BUT on 16 Aug I phoned 10210 and was told to not pay until connected then the account will be amended.
