NO ADSL FOR WEEKS ON NEW LINE

I applied for a Telkom ADSl on the 26/03/2013 and the line was installed a week later. The was noise on the line and i have either had intermittant connection for a couple hours or nothing at all since then. After 5 days of having to take off so the technician can fix the line and over 60 calls to the call center and numerous emails to the regional manager the problem is still not fixed. I dont want another test done or another call logged or escalation rasied as I have done this countless times. ALL I WANT IS MY LINE TO WORK AS IT SHOULD!!!

I have asked numerous times to speak to the manager of the technician only to be told we cant deal with them directly yet they are the guys that are at fault. THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
