Poor network coverage

I have opened up an incident 3 weeks ago relating to poor network coverage and slow connection speeds. After 2 phone calls, both operators confirmed that they need to send a technician out to my house to come and investigate the signal. 4 weeks later and I have had no further communication. My webpages load so slow that I cannot access normal websites (even Google times out).
I have been told that a booster might improve my signal strenght, however no technicians from 8ta or Telkom mobile have made contact with me to come and investigate at my property. I have 2 contracts with Telkom mobile and this is impacting both.
