Requesting Immediate Cancellation of my Contract

I hereby officially request my current contract to be terminated as from today without paying any cancellation fees. Reference no's 1312230000037238 & 3123001461 My limited to no coverage issue is still very much the same and this after a technician, Ashley from CellC personally visited the area and picked up that even standing at our front door, coverage was poor to non-existent and even went to 2g. As a customer I have been more than patient. The technician informed that they made certain improvements to the tower closest to my house, but even after that my coverage is appalling and this for a R385pm. At my place of work in the Brackenfell area the technician also confirmed himself that coverage is extremely poor and there isnothing they can do to improve it. It might improve with the new tower build project in that area, but he does not know when this will occur. How can a network provide provide for its customers with limited or no coverage at all. I bougt a mobile for it being exactly that "mobile' but my sms's are delayed and arrives several hours after it was sent, people constantly complaining my phone indicates that I am unavailable - thus is beyond unacceptable!!
