I Regret moving to Cell C from Vodacom

I ported my business contract from Vodacom to Cell C after many years and in less than a month I regret this move. I thought the iPhone 5 with 200 anytime minutes and 200 sms and 500 MB data at R399 was an awesome deal but soon realised that there is no point if you cannot use the services. I find that when the Cell C signal is weak my phone uses Vodacom BUT only for calls - my DATA does not work on Vodacom. I have reported this to Cell C via email and on the web, was sent a form to fill and promptly sent it back to them after completing it but weeks have gone without acknowledgement or resolution. Both my children have the same contracts but do not have this problem. Cell C must either sort this out or refund me and cancel my contract so that I may go back to VODACOM.
