My complaint is about my Z10. IMEI number is 354010054248720 (case # 6477293)
I upgraded on 23 March. Had too fax my ID again after upgrading cause they lost it. Then couldn't use my App World. Had to send my IMEI number to MTN Head Office. Took my phone back on the 30 March (within the 7 days). The phone didn't want to charge and just died on a fully charged battery. Philip from MTN Preller Square tested my phoned. Found nothing wrong. The same happened on the 31 March and my phone got so hot, that it actually burned your hand. Took it back and they sent it away. Got it back on Friday 5 April. Just replaced the battery. Same happened on Saturday morning, didn't want to charge, just dies. Took it back again. After waiting patiently for almost 2 weeks, I started to investigate. [Email Removed] referred me to [Email Removed] They informed me the following: Unit is on route to the repair center, was booked on the 17/04/2013. That is unacceptable. Paying for a phone and service that I don't have and can't use.
