Dear Sir/Madam

I noticed an "odd" amount on my bill at the end of March.
I laid the first complaint and someone called explaining it was an once off fee for the upgrade.
I mentioned if I knew this I would not have continued with the upgrade.
I mentioned that MTN investigate and provide me proof (as per the telephonic recordings of all conversations I had with MTN direct where the sales consultant mentioned this fee and I agreed.)

It's been 2MONTHs since the issue was first brought to MTN's attention and NOTHING has been done- not a phone call or an acknowledgment. Call centr agents saying that their supervisors will call me and no one does.
