TRANSFER MULICHOISE BUSINESS CONTRACT TO NEW OWNER

I have been trying to do a simple change of ownership on a DSTV BUSINESS CONTRACT .I don't know who to address my request to anymore, I have sent my first request to them on the 4Th October 2013. It took them a while to respond, with a reference number for my case. I sent my second request on the 7th October 2013 I did receive a response but with the wrong forms and information and that was after I even sent them my account number so that they can see it was a business account. I sent them a e mail today and I have pasted all my previous request and replies from them in this regard, in the order of dates that I have sent and received them, to notify them that I am still getting the wrong forms or no forms at all. I anxiously await their reply. I went through this same dilemma 19 months ago when I bought the business. That was even a bigger mess I was without DSTV for more than a week, and my core business evolves around the SPORT PACKAGE

It is disgusting, the way they respond to a customers request. I am going to take further steps in this regard, I am going to e mail all directors of the company
