INCORRECT DETAILS&ACCOUNT DEBITED VIA DEBIT ORDER

I own a company and for bookkeeping purposes I've requested Autopage to change my details of my account in Feb 2011. Due to inconvenience I've again send a request in April'13 which is still not done. I call your call centre montly since April whom every time tells me they will take it up with the accounts dept. According to your system my debit order gets paid from my business account but for some reason it is still deducted from my personal account, causing inconvenience for myself and my business. I phone the call centre every month have to pay for a call of approx 20min whom tells me it's a corporate account but if this is how you deal with your corporate clients I'd rather not imagine how the normal clients must feel regarding customer service. On 02/09/2013 I once again had to fax letters and bank statements proofing that I'm not lying if I say it's going off my personal account and all of this due to the fact the there is somehow a problem with your systems. I mean come on!!! How can they confirm banking details for a debit order if the monies are not even being deducted from that bank account. I'm really fed up with Autopage and their service and would like this sorted!!!
