Vodacom
No communication

I have been trying to do an upgrade for about 2 months. Firstly I wanted to get a S3 samsung. Vodacom told me its been discontinued while other providers still had stock. Then I decided on the apple 4 that they had on the website. I did my upgrade and although it stated that stock was limited the upgrade went through. So after a weeks wait I contacted then onlty to be told the phone has been discontinued. Could they not have contacted me? So on the 29th I got a call to know if I wanted to upgrade. I told the lady yes but they did not have the phone I wanted, namely the Galaxy X cover 2. She said that she will have a look. She informed me that they did have. So I did the upgrade. Half an hour later I get a sms saying that the phone is on back order. More than a week has passed and nobody phoned me or informed me whats going on. I had to phone them. They still dont have stock.
They are in the communication industry but they cant communicate.
