I was contacted by an MTN sales consultant on the 8/01/2013 who offered me a Laptop contract which i was to pay R199pm with 500mb of data every month, The Laptop was delivered on the 15/01/2013. Due to difficulties in activating the moderm i phoned the Consultant and ask to be assisted and he did, and told me i can use the internet for free for two weeks (which i did)... and they will only start charging after that. To my suprice on the 15/03/2013 MTN debited R975 on my account instead of R398 which would be two months payments., when i called the call centre they told me there was no free internet for two week so they charged me for that. i want to know why i was falsely promised... Why would he tell me i have a two weeks free internet... i want answers..i'm now even scared to use the internet coz i dont know what other heartbreaking suprices they have for me...
