No free Ipod Internet after 11 months trying

Free Internet with IPod purchase
I have tried for almost a year to activate my free internet that came as a package from Look and Listen. We purchased the IPod then called incredible connection that referred us to the G Connect Internet service provider. I followed the requests of the internet provider but never seemed to get it right. I called the call centre more than 100 times over the past 11 months and still in same potion as my first call. I have now decided to give up and call it a loss for the 1 year free internet unless there is someone who can assist without the red tape and bureaucracy. It's either that I am very stupid, or this one very good. Unhappy customer.
