Upon purchasing an internet contract dongle, I explained to the lady that I have never had internet and
that I am not sure if 1Gig will be enough. She said that I should not worry
as I get 1 Gig free with this deal. Not once did she tell me that the free
gig can only be used after 12 at night! This does not help me at all! I
asked that if I see 1 Gig is not enough if I can upgrade or add 1 Gig to my
contract and she assured me that it would not be a problem at all!

I phoned to see if I can add a gig and was just told that I have an open contract and that I cannot add
any additional bundles or upgrade as I will lose my promotional value! And
how can you debit an account if I have not even received a statement or
invoice. On top of that the sales consultant said that someone from the
accounts department will be in touch to arrange debit order dates etc. That
clearly did not happen and it has been two months!

Eaton the finally got hold of me after 3 months and hours on the phone to Vodacom and migrated my account without consulting me to 1Gig. He then promised that he will rectify it and phone me end May. We are now at end July and STILL no word from him!
