REFUSE TO ACCEPT NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

I emailed customer service A4084063 [#6482746] and then called the call centre to ascertain what date my contract runs to fulfillment. I was advised that the contract runs to its end on 9th November 2013??? I have no way of determining if this is correct or not so I accepted this. I then asked the operator to please make a note that I would like to terminate my contract after the 24 months contract as signed. I do not wish to run the contract one month longer than the contract as signed. The call centre operator BLATANTLY AND RUDELY REFUSED to accept my notice given and stated that he WOULD NOT RECORD ON MY FILE THAT I GAVE NOTICE, ONLY THAT HE TOLD ME TO CALL IN OCTOBER 2013.

This is UNACCEPTABLE - I AM PREPARED TO PAY FOR 24 MNTHS AND WANT TO GIVE NOTICE IN FAIR TIME.
