Pathetic staff

I took my dongle to this shop today. As it was not working, all it needed was a sim swap. Easy right?

I was told it could not be done, as the contract was in my mother's name. She's in Joburg.

I was rudely told nothing could be done because it dont have her ID. I asked she can fax it through, where slouching Bongani spatted out that, that wont do and they cant do anything to help me. The manager was called and rudely also told me that thy cant help me in anyway.

I told them that we have 6 contracts with Vodacom, and asked them if we should then cancel all of them. Since I cannot do the sim swop. Where Bongani said, "Well go ahead then."

This is absolute pathetic behaviour and a lot of people have complained about there disgusting service. They renovated the shop to make the experience better. Hello vodacom, that is not where your problem.

But yes, since I cannot get a sim swop. I am cancelling all my contracts.
