I captured a new application for a contract online a month or so ago. when the sales person called, i asked if i could do a sim swop, as i had a prepaid phone. she advised that i could, but as soon as i receive the phone i need to contact them, i did only to find out that the micro sim was activated automatically. i tried to cancel the contract within 5 days and i told them i was aware of the 14 day policy, nobody came back to me. i kept calling and each person i spoke to, told me a different version of whether i can do a sim swop or not. i have had it with the contract, so i called in today to cancel the contract, held on for close to an hour and was disconnected by the consultant. now i see why i don't like cellphone contracts. its not worth the hassle!!

it's absolutely shocking that Vodacom would do anything to make a sale, but have no follow through on the aftersales service!!! IT'S PATHETIC!!
