I have been waiting 3 days to UPGRADE my data plan

I have been waiting since Tuesday morning to be able to UPGRADE my data plan from a 500mb to a 1gb plan!! You would think that since Im spending MORE money with you guys that it would be done efficiently!

I have spent over an hour on the phone to three different call centre agents who have all told me a different thing!!

I have YET to have any any data activated on my phone and am now sitting without data and unable to use it for business!

This is unacceptable service from a company that I am trying to provide with more business!!!
