I purchased a BB10 premium plan on Saturday morning got my sms confirmation but NO bundle activated. Called 140 twice and both times l was told it is activated but not showing. Finally I was told to call technical support and was told there nothing they could do. I was given a ticket. 306150040 which would only be attend to in the week.
I could not do without my data I then tried purchasing a prepaid 100MB data to at least get me by till my bb10 data plan is corrected, but to my horror even that did not reflect.

Needless to say I have had to use my remaining airtime at their ridiculous R2/MB and have since used over R100, so now I just have enough to honor the two data bundles I purchased but have NOT received.

I demand this brand corrected immediately and my R100 be reimbursed as this is absolute BS
