Upgrade BUT no data plan until 1 April!!

NUMEROUS issues since I upgraded to my new BB Z10. Did an upgrade to a Corporate deal fri 15th March. Micro-sim for some reason did not activate. i was told to wait 2 to 24 hours. I wait & no service! Went into the nashua Sandton branch to only find out the 'Activate Sim' on the system had not been activated. Told me another 2 to 24 hours. I wait. STILL nothing. I go into Nashua on Monday 18th I am told now a RICA issue. Wait another 24 hours. No service. Go back and I am told RICA again. Then finally micro-sim activates BUT now no service on old phone & NO service on the new phone. So NO PHONE FOR 24hrs! Told to wait again. Wed 20th I had reached my tether. Go back to Nashua- then they do something on system & sim activates but I find out my Premier Plan for R99 has NOT been activated. I now sit with a new phone only activated 5 days later BUT no 3G or data services, can only call & SMS & I am told to wait until 1 April? Are you telling me upgrades done in March everyone no data until April? Obviously someone did not do something and I am very angry!! AND you had the gall to charge me R80 already 4 the upgrade! I WANT MY DATA today! not April but TODAY. & feedback TODAY
