Overbilled on data bundles

During January 2013, I disputed the accuracy of the data billings, amount being disputed /- ZAR 2500. I was given the usual generic response that the investigation will take 14 working days. A response was received advising that the Vodacom billing was accurate and I had used the bundles. I lodged a second dispute, and after a further 14 days, I received confirmation that a credit of /- ZAR 2300 will be processed - no sincere apologies extended and no explanation given. Had I not lodged the second dispute and expressed my total belief that the Vodacom findings were inaccurate, I would have been out of pocket. (I can only send one report per Supplier in a 5 day period, and will be sending through a report regarding Vodacom's bad service regarding connectivity and coverage)
