Vodacom now resorts to Bullying Tactics!!

During Sept. 2013 I lodged an enquiry with Vodacom about "Data Usage" billing. After more than three months I was credited with the disputed amount.
Now in Dec. 2013 I had a similar query again about "Data Useage" and "International SMS", of which to date Vodacom has not resolved. Vodacom has now decided not only to BLOCK my mobile number (which is about the dispute) but the other numbers on my account as well, because of short paying them the disputed amount.
Since I have waited three months earlier for a matter to be resolved, will my mobile numbers now be blocked as long as it takes them to resolve this issue?
I find this action not only disappointing but Unconstitutional as well.
For the record, there are already two Service Requests issued on this matter, no wonder Accounts are confused!
