Payments not allocated, my line gets barred every month after I have paid and even after I have sent them a recon for a year, I have not been reconnected but have been charged for a reconnection fee. Countless emails and phone calls with a promise to send me a recon from their side... still waiting even day after requesting is twice. Autopage hasn't even bothered to respsond to my emails with the recon, invoices and proof of payment attached. Just before the line got barred, i loaded a data bundle which expires in a few days and i have used almost nothing of it - so Autopage once again gets more money out of me for nothing! I am so fed up with them - they do not know how to keep their customers happy. They obviously don't think the customer is very important. Can you imagine my surprise when logging onto Hello Peter and seeing how many others are having the same problems as me and how many were logged today! Actually I shouldn't be surprised at all. I will not be renewing my contracts when they are up! Not with this kind of DISservice. I have my childrens top up contracts through Autopage as well. So with one go they lose 4 contracts! Well done Autopage.
