Gross unfair billING UNDER DISPUTE BUT BILLED

Dear Michael, (van Wyk, Advanced investigations, Vodacom)

1 R25 000 was debited off my account by Vodacom (including the disputed data of approximately R19000)
2 I have not yet received the URL information regarding the source website where the disputed data costs originated (R17000 in under 24Hrs) - as agreed with you
3 The browser history confirms that no such data was exchanged during the period in question (as identified by you)
4 We have not benefitted in any way from the so-called data received.
5 The costs to you, if indeed there are any, cannot possibly justify the payment, which is crippling to us.
6 We were mislead by one of your sales people regarding the data package being capped
7 If you argue that the buyer should beware, then please convince me not to migrate our family's 4 Vodacom contracts to MTN at the end of their respective contracts.
8 To whom may I speak before actioning my utter disillusionment with a service provider that sells packages capable of wreaking such havoc so quickly.

Ironic isn't it, that at, say R1000 a month, the so-called data would have been free to me. Now it costs R19000! And we do not even have the benefit of this "purchase".
