Urgent Response Needed

This is an ongoing complaint for along time now and I have received no help. I have a cellphone contract my number is 0845230778. I called cell c when i was retrenched from work to say that I will not be able to continue with my contract and if I could drop my package to a lower one as i was on a very high package for work, I received no feedback or assistance in any way I called numerous times. I eventually got a lawyer to help me with this matter as I did not want to get a bad credit rating as I was willing to pay a lower subscription. My lawyer and I have been trying to get my original contract from cell c for over three months now, the people that where handling this is soo incompetent they keep sending the wrong information to us. I require the original contract that I signed at the start of my contract and not the renewal contracts. This is very urgent as this is going on for way to long, i even changed my network now as I am soo dissatisfied with cell cs lack of understanding. If at the onset I was allowed to drop my contract as I am still unemployed and can barely make the payments this matter would not need legal advice
