Wrong Contract loaded again

Hi

It seems the wrong contract got loaded again to my account. While the RBM200 is correct the fee seems to be R199 for the contract and R99 for the phone monthly while the contract should be R199 all inclusive as per our telephonic contract.

I would like to point out this is the second time since I took out the contract in August that this has happen. Also I logged this complaint on your customer care on the 14th of October already. Problem still hasn't been resolved its been 16 Days already.

Lastly please also notify me how much will be credited to my account as the last bill I paid was comprised of the wrong tariffs.
