WRONG CONTRACT AND NOT MY SIGNATURE

I moved from MTN to Cell C.From Business 500 on MTN and thought I was getting a contract for 200 Straight Up. I kept being soft locked and wondered why. I asked for a copy of the Contract. I found out that I had been put on a Straight Up 100 (and I need my phone for business) and someone else had signed the contract IT WAS NOT MY SIGNATURE. If it is not my signature - do I have a contract with Nashua???
Nashua has been looking into the problem for 2-3 months now. I want to migrate back from Cell C to another network. My bills are very high due to the fact that I have to pay extra for calls on Straight Up 100. they want me to pay for my Upgrade although I have signed nothing and it was the wrong contract.
Can someone with authority at Nashua please action the fact that I want to move away from Cell C as reception is appalling and it is impacting my work. And then will someone of authority please sort out my Contract. Otherwise I will have to contact the Consumer Protection Act administration and find out my rights. PLEASE SORT ASAP
