Initially I was on a call 100 contract, but around July 2012 I received an inflated account which was R 1 200 higher than normal. I enquired via Cell c's Customer care line, and they said I had down loaded data, which I never do. When I upgraded I opted for a top-up contract. I was promised a cell phone which I never received.

The contract worked fine for a couple of months and then my account was being loaded again - last months it came to R180. I went to the Cell C shop in Shelly beach where they told me to phone CellC. they were not interested in my problem.

I e-mailed cellc to cancel my contract on 18 March and received a reply from Megan Magor at [Email Removed] on 21 March to say that the info had been forwarded to the relevant department.

To date, I have had no response.
