Still Debiting even after the Contract expired

Good Day

It came to my attention that you are still debiting my account after our contract expired a long time ago. I called your offices this morning and polite lady explained something strange to me. She said I was currently on a month to month contract arrangement. I have signed a 24 months contract and I was with Cellc for that whole 24 month and no one telephoned me before or even after the contract expired.

It is common practice that when a contract expires the interested party which is Cellc in this case must lease with their client or stop debit because the contract arrangement has come to an end. Cell continued to debit even if the period that they debited was outside the contract arrangement as agreed. This is not even bridge of contract, it is pure because there was no agreement. One other thing is that you probably noticed your sim card was inactive for about 8 months after the contract was created. I never even used the monthly R100's. Can you please cancel this contract and reimburse me the debits that has been made outside the contract agreement period. I did not give anyone permission from Cellc to debit me outside my contract...
