USELESS!!!

I have ordered and have been waiting for my white Galaxy note 10.1 and still have not received anything and has been three weeks already. i need the device for work and they do not seem to get that! i leave countless messages and no one gets back to me-despite the rudeness towards a client. And the fact that they promise stock but receive nothing! i demand that Altech makes contact with me and make sure that i receive my device in this week. Otherwise i will remove all contracts and spread the word delightfully. The service is bladdy useless and they do not care about their paying clients! JUST ABOUT THEIR COMMISSION!!!
