Altech Autopage makes excuses! FURIOUS WITH SERVICE

I recently upgraded my phone to the Samsung Note 2. I requested for a white, which I was told would take about 3 weeks to get. I was happy to wait as I wanted the white phone.
I however receive the black from the store only because the gentlemen had opened the box and I didnt want to get him into trouble. I take delivery of the phone but decide that I'm not happy with it and I request for the white.
The take the phone back and am told will decide if the phone is "resaleable".
I finally get feedback that I did not provide the request within 10 days, so they can not swop to the white. After I provide proof of my email that was within 10 working days.
I was told they would get back to me.
Then the feedback given is there is nothing wrong with the phone so I should just accept the phone and they will not swop.
The receipt mentions in detail that I wanted the white and am not happy when it was sent to Midrand.
These are just excuses. As I was told it was initially not approved as it was NOT WITHIN 10 DAYS!!!
These are just excuses to not provide me with what I want and am paying for.

This is really frustating as I'm left with no phone.
