Upgrade Dissapointment

I was due for an upgrade on the 01/12/13 so I contacted Autopage to go ahead and requested a 32g White LG G2.I was advised by the retentions Dpt that the Stock would only be arriving on the 06/12/2013, which I was happy with so went ahead & requested the upgrade to be processed. I then recd an sms that the migration had been done & I was signed up for another 28mnths. I waited patiently, no phone arrived. I contacted Autopage on the 17/12/13 only to be told that the stock had not arrived & they could not say when it would, I asked why it was that MTN had stock (I have an MTN Contract) and I was told, MTN only look after their own clients. I then made over 50calls to Autopage trying to find out what was going on (at my cost), not once did they bother to come back to me. After a lengthy wait with no light at the end of the tunnel I contacted Autopage in the beginning of January and still no news on the LG so I opted for changing to a Samsung Note 3 in white. My Phone eventually arrived today 08/01/14 in black &when I contacted Autopage I was basically told they can exchange it but can't say how long it will take. Nearly 10yrs with Autopage I don't get the phone I want & still get treated badly
