I upgraded online, i selected the phone i wanted. Samsung S4 (i9500) in white. Arnot rang to arrange delivery.
Phoned Autopage on thursday, spoke to Thabogo and told him I had received a S4 mini and not the S4 that I ordered. It was also black and not white, which is what I ordered.
Thabogo said that he would arrange for someone to come from Midrand to deliver the correct phone to mom's house in Brakpan (i was visiting her for the weekend) and take the incorrect phone back on Friday. He asked what time i would be arriving and i told him after 2. He said that he would arrange everything and that he would even give me a call on friday to make sure i had received the phone. On friday, at about 4 i started to worry, so i gave autopage a call only to discover that the phone was not coming. It was "out of stock". Nobody had bothered to contact me to inform me of this. Thabogo was not even in on friday and his manager was apparently not in. I was then told that i had to wait until monday so that Angela, the manager, could ring me to discuss the situation. It is now Tuesday and big surprise, no phone call. I am very disgusted at their customer service and inefficiency.
