I am disgusted with the service of Cell C. As an existing customer i openend a new account on 31 March 2013. on the afternoon i received my phone i discovered that it had a manufacturers fault and returned it to cell c the following day. I was told by Francois the salesrep that it will be sent to Johannesburg which i thought was ridiculous as the phone was their fault not mine as its a brand new phone. After all this time i am still waiting on my phone i received an account of R530 already that i have to pay, whereby i did not even have the phone in my possession for one day. the manager claudia contacted me to say i must wait for a phone as the phone is now out of stock. I am terribly sorry but i feel this service is disgusting and would like cell to cancel my contract with immediate effect as i refuse to have any dealings with a company with such bad policies.
