No response about product required and

I am due for and upgrade from the beginning April. I have visited the store at lakeside mall every single week and they kept telling me they don't have stock of the white S4. The time they had stock and i have requested that they keep me one white on numerous occasions and that they contact me when it is in stock. They have not and two weeks ago when they had the white nad i requested that they keep it for they then return back to the factory. When questioned about it the manager gives me attitude and makes no attempted of solving my problem. The staff say they have not seen me before yet in their records they have my numbers and name requesting a S4 since April.

I also called the call centre and spoke to one of the big boys there or so that is what was told. his name is Levern, not sure of surname. He promised to get back to me the next day and arrange that a phone is delivered but nothing up to date has being done.

I have always had problems and they have done nothing to try and fix it. Mtn staff members are incompontent of meeting customers expectations.
