Can't pay telkom

I went to the Cresta telkom direct store to pay my telkom business account, as I do every month. when the lady attended to me she said that they do not take payment for telkom business accounts. I asked why I cannot pay my telkom account in a telkom store. she curtly told me that they do not take payment there. i then asked to speak to the manager and was told that there was no manager there at the time he/she would be back at 10.
